Our Story

TMC Home and Pool was founded in 2021 by first cousins and lifelong friends, Jack and Derrick. After Derrick returned home from serving in the United States Air Force, they combined their skills and faith to build a company rooted in integrity, quality, and service.

Derrick is a retired USAF veteran, Certified Project Manager, and Licensed Building Contractor with a degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland. Married since 2000, he brings leadership and structure to every project.

Jack has a background in pharmaceutical plant maintenance and is a Licensed Pool Contractor. Married since 2015, he brings hands-on expertise and a commitment to craftsmanship and customer care.

Together, they are committed to building spaces that bring families together and stand the test of time.
